Parents whose children attend to various sport nurseries who are registered with SportMalta, will benefit a tax rebate for the expenses of the children taking part in the particular sport, the tax rebate is for every child.
Assistance
Parents benefit from a maximum of €100 tax rebate on their FS3 tax return.
Documentation
Parents are required to present the application form (in original) which can be downloaded hereunder, duly filled in, signed and stamped by an officer of the registered sports organisation where the minor has attended the sports nursery, together with the original receipt of the sports organisation.
Any missing details in the application will result in the ineligibility of the parent to benefit from the tax rebate. Any sports organisations not registered with Sportmalta are not considered for this scheme.
