Fitness February: Circuit and Personal Training sessions

As from February 4, at Dragon Fitness we will be offering circuit training classes and personal training sessions conducted by a dedicated qualified instructor.

In our circuit training classes, we use exercises, volumes and intensities to tap the various fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength and endurance. The main objective of the classes is to improve general fitness in a fun and friendly environment without putting health at risk, while trying to push one’s limit to promote improvement.

At Dragon Fitness we are equipped with a variety of training equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, stools, plates and much more,  in order to challenge the trainee and break monotony and staleness. What is important for us is to encourage people to remain active and to instil a routine for regular physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.

Dragon Fitness is part of Dragon Academy Malta where the notion of a holistic approach towards self-achievement is an imperative vow by which the main instructor abides. Our main instructor is a qualified sports person by the Institute of Physical Education and Sports of the University of Malta who is currently reading for a masters in strength and conditioning in sport with St. Mary’s University, London.
