The first round of Taekwondo colour belt promotion tests for 2023 were conducted on Saturday 20 April at the academy’s training centre in Hamrun.
Twenty-two students took their test after being selected through a screening process held during the past 3 weeks. The examinations were conducted by the three most senior members; Stephen Formosa (6ht Dan), Jerome Vassallo (4th Dan) and Emvin Mifsud (3rd Dan).
All students passed successfully progressing to their successive rank as follows:

A belt and certificate ceremony will be held on Saturday 13th May during the academy’s annual retreat at the Archbishop Seminary, Rabat, Malta.
Next promotion tests are scheduled to take place on the last weekend of August.
